About The Position

The Delivery Unloader is responsible for ensuring that the customer’s product is safely delivered on time and in excellent condition while providing superior customer service.

Requirements

• Must be dependable, neat in appearance, a good listener, and personable with good communication skills for direct customer contact.
• Must be able to lift/move heavy loads (100+ lbs.) on a continuous basis throughout the day.
• Must be able to work 8-12-hour shifts Monday- Friday

Responsibilities

• Assist drivers to ensure that the customer’s product is safely delivered on time and in excellent condition.
• Assist drivers to ensure that appropriate delivery documentation is generated for each load.
• Ensure orders are loaded safely and in a manner that will prevent damage in transit.
• Load and unload truck.
• Lift, pull, move, product weighing 100+ lbs. daily, numerous times throughout the day.
• Help verify loads for quality and completeness.
• Provides world class customer service and prompt communication to all customers regarding delivery.
