About The Position

Road Machinery & Supplies Co. is searching for a Delivery Truck Driver employee to join its U.S. Shoring & Equipment team in Euless, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for pickup and delivery of a wide variety of equipment to and from various customer locations, vendors, and job sites.

Requirements

CDL Class A with clean driving record (required)
Must be able to pass DOT physical and drug screening
Strong awareness of load securement and job-site safety
Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
Comfortable working outdoors, climbing on equipment, and navigating active job sites
Takes pride in doing things right—especially when no one is watching
Communicates professionally with customers and teammates
Able to work responsibly, safely, and intelligently.
Have the desire to take action, improve, and be appreciative.
Possess the capability to engage with customers, co-workers, and vendors in a respectful manner.

Nice To Haves

Experience hauling construction equipment and/or oversized loads preferred

Responsibilities

Safely transport trench safety equipment, trench boxes, road plates, and Barbco boring machines to and from job-sites
Load and unload equipment using proper rigging, securement, and job-site awareness
Plan loads based on delivery sequence to ensure efficient and safe job-site unloading
Perform daily DOT inspections and maintain trucks in clean, road-ready condition
Complete all required delivery paperwork accurately and on time
Communicate with customers, sales, and yard teams to ensure smooth deliveries and pickups
Identify and report equipment damage, safety concerns, or service needs
