Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license
  • Able to meet DOT requirements, including possession of or ability to obtain a Medical Card
  • Comfortable lifting and handling materials up to 50 lbs
  • Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset
  • Comfortable using basic technology, like iPads, for routes and tasks
  • Regular and reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to following all safety policies and PPE requirements
  • Ability to work overtime including extended hours as needed based on business demands
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre‑employment drug screening and background check.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience is delivery, warehouse, or logistics environments is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Deliver materials to customers, including loading and unloading, and ensure all delivery documentation is accurate and complete
  • Pick up customer returns and verify product matches
  • Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, fuel the truck, and report any issues to leadership
  • Adhere to all safety requirements, including proper use of PPE when required
  • Participate in team meetings and communicate concerns or improvement opportunities to management
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs
