Delivery Truck Driver / Merchandiser
About The Position
NFI is hiring local delivery box truck drivers to deliver food products to grocery and convenience stores across Missouri and the Midwest region. The role involves driving a refrigerated 16-foot box truck on daily local routes, unloading and merchandising products, and keeping displays attractive and shelves stocked. Drivers must follow safety rules, report issues, drive carefully, and maintain a professional appearance. The position offers weekly pay starting at $20 per hour, with expected weekly earnings of $800–$1,100, consistent daily routes with flexible days, paid training, and hands-on support from the first day. Career growth opportunities include dispatch, safety, or CDL A driving.
Requirements
- Be at least 20 years of age.
- Have a valid driver’s license.
- Be proficient in English.
- Provide acceptable references from past employers.
- Obtain a DOT Medical Certificate.
- Have a customer service mindset and team-player attitude.
