The Delivery Technician will work in the warehouse fulfilling customer’s orders, as well as making deliveries to customer’s homes in an accurate and timely manner. This role involves setting up and adjusting equipment to customer needs, instructing customers on the proper and safe use of the equipment, and ensuring all paperwork is signed and filled out accurately. Strong customer service skills are essential, along with the ability to communicate with diverse populations of customers. The technician is also responsible for checking the delivery vehicle to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order, and for reporting any vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damages. The position requires working Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, with an on-call rotation including every other weekend and an occasional Saturday. A 7-day on-call rotation is required every 8-10 weeks. This is a small, wonderful team working closely with a variety of medical professionals to provide excellent compassionate care.
