About The Position

Concordia Medical Equipment is seeking a dedicated, reliable, and compassionate full-time Delivery Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, delivering, setting up, and maintaining life-enhancing medical equipment and supplemental oxygen products directly inside patients' homes and commercial accounts. Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent.
Excellent driving record with a valid driver’s license.
Excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a knack for basic technical troubleshooting.
Willingness to participate in overtime and on-call rotations as directed by management.
Ability to lift, push, pull, bend, twist, and crouch. Safe lifting techniques and tools must be used to handle medical equipment. Comfortable with driving, standing, and walking throughout the day.

Nice To Haves

Box truck experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Transport, assemble, and set up home medical equipment and oxygen supplies, ensuring patients and their families understand how to use them safely.
Provide friendly, patient orientation and troubleshooting guidance on equipment storage and preventative maintenance.
Efficiently arrange daily routes to meet scheduled delivery times while safely operating and maintaining your assigned company vehicle.
Follow clean/dirty equipment separation guidelines, use proper PPE, and strictly adhere to FDA, OSHA, DOT, and HAZMAT regulations.
Promptly and accurately complete delivery paperwork, collect patient signatures, and document payments received in the field.
