About The Position

The Delivery Technician will work in the warehouse fulfilling customer’s orders, as well as making deliveries to customer’s homes in an accurate and timely manner.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age to meet auto insurance requirements.
• Driver history must comply with Sanford Health’s driver qualification standards for insurability.
• Current valid driver’s license.
• Must meet all medical guidelines for Sanford Health Category II drivers.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous delivery experience or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fulfilling customer orders from the warehouse.
• Making accurate and timely deliveries to customer homes.
• Setting up equipment at customer locations.
• Adjusting equipment to meet customer needs.
• Instructing customers on the proper and safe use of equipment.
• Ensuring paperwork is accurately signed and filled out.
• Checking delivery vehicles for proper mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment.
• Reporting vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, and/or damages.
