Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ years of customer service, administrative support, order entry, dispatch, scheduling, or call center experience
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

Nice To Haves

• Associate's degree or bachelor's degree preferred
• Customer ticketing, dispatch, logistics, healthcare, or courier experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and service requests
• Accurately enter orders and customer information into our ticketing system
• Prioritize requests based on urgency and customer requirements
• Communicate with dispatch and operations teams to support successful deliveries
• Follow customer-specific instructions and standard operating procedures
• Provide timely updates and professional communication to customers
• Resolve routine customer issues and escalate complex situations appropriately
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems
