About The Position

Gresham Subaru is the premier Subaru dealership in the Portland Metro! We are actively hiring a Delivery Specialist to join our team! This is a wonderful opportunity for Subaru enthusiasts who want to work at a top-notch dealership in the automotive industry! Working as our Delivery Specialist, you would be performing duties such as scheduling delivery appointments, follow-up calls with customers, and general tasks around the office like bank runs, store runs, and more. The Delivery Specialist will need product knowledge and customer service. The ideal candidate would have phone etiquette and prior experience working at a Subaru dealership. Requirements

• Extensive product knowledge of new model lines and full line certification.
• Phone Etiquette and a bright personality.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen

Responsibilities

• Scheduling appointments for the deliveries.
• Follow-up calls to Starlink Maintenance customers daily to schedule service for current customers.
• Bank and store runs.
• General data input.
• Other tasks that may arise in the dealership.
