About The Position

Responsible for introducing customers to their new cars and reviewing the features of each vehicle. Responsible for delivering vehicles to customers according to dealership and manufacturer guidelines. This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Prior customer service experience
  • Strong technology and organizational skills
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
  • Strong ability to understand and demonstrate technology to customers
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel
  • Regular and predictable attendance
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and other employees
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
  • Ability to deal with standardized situations

  • Automotive experience
  • Up to 3 years of work experience
  • Automobile Salesperson License

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates delivery with customer
  • Observes that the vehicle is detailed, full of fuel, has all requested accessories installed and is in delivery area ready for customer
  • Demonstrate Interior and Exterior vehicle features and personalize the delivery to the customer’s needs
  • Communicate the benefits of owning the vehicle purchased as well as the dealership services and amenities
  • Explain warranties and all documents
  • Complete necessary customer registration according to manufacturer guidelines
  • Familiarize customer with Service department personnel and Service areas
  • Present keys and relevant documents to customer
  • Works closely with department managers to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintains CSI at or above Company standards
  • Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area
  • Participates in required training
  • Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system
  • Follows Safeguards rules and regulations
  • Demonstrates the Company’s Core Values
  • Complies with Company policies and procedures
  • Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties
  • Other duties as assigned
