About The Position

The Faulkner Automotive Group is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Delivery Specialist to join our team at our Mercedes Benz location! Faulkner is a place you can establish a career and grow with the organization. While automotive experience is a plus, it is not required! As a Delivery Specialist, you will assist customers with the technology involved with their new purchase! In this position, you will work directly with our customers to explain and demonstrate the different options and technology available on Mercedes Benz products, as well as take them on test drives and help them with the technology. Many of our customers research our products and services online, so we are looking specifically for candidates that are comfortable working with different levels of technology to help engage new customers and retain current customers. You will be responsible for interfacing with customers before, during and after purchase, so we are looking for candidates with great customer service skills! This position is paid hourly plus commission.

Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a clean, valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to understand manufacturer’s specifications.

Nice To Haves

• Automotive experience is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service is highly preferred!

Responsibilities
