About The Position
NCS is seeking a Delivery Specialist. In this role you will work with automatic and tunnel car wash owners to make their facilities operate at peak efficiency by ensuring the prompt delivery of chemicals and products.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- CDL Class B
- Hazmat and Tanker Endorsement required or willing to obtain in 90 days
- Clean driving record with no more than 3 moving violations within the past 5 years; no more than 2 preventable, at-fault accidents within the past 5 years
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to interact well with customers, vendors and fellow employees
- Basic proficiency in Excel
- Ability to work assigned hours plus overtime as needed
Nice To Haves
- Experience with hand carts, pallet jacks and forklifts preferred
Responsibilities
- Ensure prompt delivery of all chemicals and products to customers on delivery route
- Warehouse responsibilities including order, fulfillment, loading and unloading, shipping, receiving, and overseeing inventory
- Make chemical transitions with the customer, providing all technical assistance required
- Comply with all applicable OSHA, EPA, local regulatory laws, and company safety policies
