BMW Markham, in partnership with North America’s largest automotive retailer, Lithia and Driveway, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Delivery Specialist to join their team. As a Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for the presentation, delivery, and preparation of inventory to customers. This role also involves assisting the Sales Team with sales administration and data entry. Previous automotive sales administrative experience and strong communication and relationship-building skills are beneficial.

Requirements

OMVIC License.
1-2 years of experience in the automotive field.
Valid Ontario Driver’s License.
A clean driver abstract.
Ability to drive a manual transmission.
One-Eighty and CDK experience.

Responsibilities

Conducts in-store and offsite vehicle deliveries to ensure correct features are installed and customer requirements are met as requested by the customer.
Conducts a vehicle walk-around and explains the features of the purchased vehicle to the customer on the day of delivery, ensuring a welcoming delivery.
Follows up with customers 24 hours prior to delivery appointments.
Ensures all paperwork for sales transactions is conducted accurately, including signatures, customer information, and outstanding funds.
Assists the Sales team with client knowledge and test drives during high traffic.
Other duties as assigned.
