About The Position
The Delivery Specialist plays a key role in elevating owner satisfaction and loyalty. This role involves understanding vehicle documentation, utilizing dealership CRM, staying updated on the latest vehicles and technology, and providing assistance and training to both customers and dealership staff regarding vehicle features and technology.
