Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent or at least 1 year of working experience.
Valid state driver's license and safe driving record.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Satisfactory MVR (driving record).
D.O.T. physical/certification in states that require it.
Compliance with the Arona Driver Qualification Policy.
Pass a drug screening and criminal background investigation.

Nice To Haves

Bi-lingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Loading, securing, delivering, setting up, troubleshooting, and demonstrating merchandise.
Occasionally reviewing lease agreements.
Maintaining administrative organization, customer files, and processing customer transactions.
In-store sales, telephone sales, direct marketing, new customer growth, and renewal payment processing.
Playing a key role in the upkeep of the showroom floor as per the first up system.
Managing the Customer Accounts Department, responsible for the renewal payment process.
Achieving company standards on non-renewal closing percentages.
Managing the sales and marketing function in a store, with emphasis on telephone and floor sales, direct marketing, new customer growth, local social media reach, customer service program, and store merchandising.
Direct management of a store with profit and loss responsibility, including asset management, customer growth and maintenance, revenue production, personnel development, and inventory control.
