About The Position

This position supervises Sherwin-Williams Delivery Service Drivers responsible for delivering products to customers from Sherwin-Williams stores and branches. Supervisors provide direct management of drivers and leads and are accountable for fostering a team environment through effective and appropriate communication. They are responsible for maintaining all standards in accordance with safety, quality, inventory, and productivity levels as well as providing leadership to meet SWDS goals and objectives. The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at Store #8182, located at: 151 Kettering Dr., Ontario, CA 91761. Job duties include contact with other employees and access to confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company’s staff, employees, and business relationships.
