About The Position

The Delivery Service Dispatcher is responsible for generating cases related to billing disputes and the service of CO2 tanks. This role involves logging calls, creating service tickets, scheduling and dispatching services, and assisting with billing disputes, gas refills, and equipment safety issues. The position demands accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. The training includes three weeks of classroom instruction followed by one week of hands-on training under the guidance of a supervisor.

Requirements

• Proficient customer service skills.
• Experience in dispatch and logistics coordination.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to perform manual order entry.
• Basic computer navigation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules.
• Basic computer literacy and quick adaptability to new systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
