About The Position

The Delivery Service Dispatcher plays a crucial role in handling billing disputes and the service of CO2 tanks. The position involves logging calls, creating service tickets, scheduling and dispatching services, and assisting with billing disputes, gas refills, and equipment safety issues. This role demands a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. The training program consists of three weeks of classroom instruction followed by one week of hands-on training with a supervisor.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in logistics coordination and dispatching.
• Basic computer navigation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
