About The Position

The Customer Service Representative will focus on generating cases for billing disputes and servicing CO2 tanks. Responsibilities include logging calls, creating service tickets, scheduling and dispatching service, and assisting with billing disputes, gas refills, and equipment safety issues. This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Comprehensive training includes three weeks of classroom instruction followed by one week of hands-on training with a supervisor.

Requirements

  • Customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Basic computer navigation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Log calls and create service tickets.
  • Assist with billing disputes and equipment safety issues.
  • Manage gas refills and ensure accurate order entry.
