About The Position

The Delivery Service Dispatcher will focus on generating cases for billing disputes and servicing CO2 tanks. Responsibilities include logging calls, creating service tickets, scheduling and dispatching services, and assisting with billing disputes, gas refills, and equipment safety issues. This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Training includes three weeks of classroom instruction followed by one week of hands-on training with a supervisor.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service and dispatch.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Basic computer navigation skills.
• Logistics coordination and dispatching experience.
• Clerical skills and manual order entry.
