Requirements

Responsibilities

• Monitor service calls and ensure all jobs are assigned and completed on schedule.
• Respond to customer calls and coordinate with field technicians.
• Communicate schedule updates and changes to customers as needed.
• Work closely with the Parts Department to manage orders and schedule return visits.
• Issue repair orders for new jobs and scheduled maintenance.
• Review open job statuses daily to ensure timely completion and closure.
• Assist field technicians with non-technical questions or concerns.
• Support the SM Coordinator in scheduling service maintenance and maintaining accurate records.
