Requirements

Strong customer service and dispatch coordination skills
Experience with Microsoft Office and basic logistics or scheduling systems
Ability to perform accurate manual order entry

Responsibilities

Receive and log customer calls with accuracy and professionalism
Create and manage service tickets for deliveries, tank servicing, and billing inquiries
Schedule and dispatch service teams efficiently to meet operational needs
Assist customers with billing disputes, gas refills, and service-related questions
Identify and escalate equipment safety issues following established protocols
Maintain clear, organized records to support smooth service operations
