About The Position

This role manages a daily delivery route, delivering water and salt, servicing dispensing units, and ensuring customers receive exceptional service. Requirements

  • Enjoy working hands-on and take pride in physical, active work
  • Reliable, customer-focused, and comfortable interacting with customers daily
  • Strong work ethic and can manage a delivery route with accuracy and efficiency
  • Experience safely operating a box truck or similar commercial delivery vehicle preferred
  • Mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot basic equipment issues (we will train you!)
  • Can lift and move heavy products such as bottled water and salt (up to 50–80 lbs)
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
  • Class C or Class B License (or the ability to obtain one)
  • Must have a valid DOT Medical Card or the ability to obtain one.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age to meet DOT requirements for this position
  • Do not need a college degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience safely operating a box truck or similar commercial delivery vehicle

Responsibilities

  • Manage and complete a daily delivery route for bottled water, salt, and other essential products
  • Deliver products safely, efficiently, and accurately to residential and commercial customers
  • Troubleshoot basic functionality issues on water dispensing units, including water tests and filling tanks with salt
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service at every stop
  • Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services to existing customers
  • Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships through reliable service and communication
  • Communicate route updates or customer needs to the Customer Service team
  • Load and unload trucks, manage product inventory, and ensure accurate delivery records
  • Follow all safety guidelines and DOT requirements
  • Receive formal training that sets you up for success with opportunities for growth and advancement
