About The Position

Pohanka Nissan Hyundai of Fredericksburg is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Delivery/Product Specialist to join our team in Stafford, VA. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless delivery experience for our customers and supporting the product knowledge and presentation of our vehicles.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
• Previous experience in automotive sales, product specialist, or delivery roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to explain complex vehicle features in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the delivery process of new and pre-owned vehicles to customers.
• Provide thorough walkthroughs of vehicle features and functionalities to customers.
• Ensure all delivery documentation is accurate and completed in a timely manner.
• Collaborate closely with sales, service, and finance departments to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest Nissan and Hyundai vehicle models and features.
• Address customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
