About The Position

A dental lab is seeking a dependable driver with a good driving record to pick up and deliver items to local dental offices in the greater Tulsa, Oklahoma area. The company provides the vehicle, auto insurance, and gas. The driver is expected to drive safely, make timely deliveries, and communicate effectively with customers while maintaining a positive, friendly demeanor and supporting high customer satisfaction. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Requirements

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Excellent attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
Time-management skills to ensure deliveries are made on schedule.
Ability to walk and carry orders or finished appliances to and from customer offices.
Ability to remain calm while driving in traffic and under pressure to meet deadlines.
Ability to drive in all weather conditions.
Reliable and consistent attendance and punctuality.
Ability to communicate effectively with the office and customers.
Ability to meet delivery deadlines and follow work instructions and procedures.
Ability to safeguard confidential company and patient information as defined by the company’s Confidentiality Agreement.
Ability to follow safety requirements and use personal protective equipment where required.
Understand how individual performance can impact organizational success.

Responsibilities

Pick up and deliver goods to local dental offices in the greater Tulsa area.
Drive safely and deliver goods on time.
Communicate effectively with customers and the office.
Walk and carry orders or finished appliances to and from customer offices.
Follow safety practices while driving and loading or unloading.
Protect confidential company and patient information.
Follow work instructions, procedures, safety requirements, and applicable personal protective equipment requirements.
