About The Position

The Delivery Operations Specialist will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be to determine financial outcomes by collecting operation data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. This role provides support to throughout the life cycle of our Outsourced North America F&A deals and clients. The primary areas of support and project for this role include but are not limited to Business Development, Client Orals, Due Diligence, Knowledge Transfer, Service Recovery, Process Improvement and Red Journey Customer support.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years in Accounting Experience
  • Ability to build strong client relationships
  • Strong networking skills to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills dealing with internal and external contacts
  • Strong supervisory, coaching and project management skills
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
  • Excellent negotiation, influence, mediation, and conflict management skills
  • Experience negotiating with customers/clients
  • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving

Responsibilities

  • Interpret day-to-day business objectives and prepare/execute operational practices/work programs
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of all processes and related systems to effectively preform responsibilities.
  • Allocate resources & responsibilities across the team to deliver business results.
  • Responsibility for team members formal evaluation processes including career development, salary review and performance management
  • Identify and assist with development of support materials for team use, e.g., training manuals, role aids, and views in databases
  • Manage numerous, complex reporting with minimal supervision, including, but not limited to forecasting, budget, time hour reporting
  • Ensure that all of the client responsibilities occur in accordance with the statement of work and service level agreement with client(s)
  • May act as a point of contact for senior client representatives
  • Anticipate, identify, and assess complex issues/problems. Develop and implement a corresponding plan of action to bring the situation to resolution.
  • Communicate changes to supervisor and assist other team leads with resolutions, as needed
  • Plan and facilitate weekly (as required) team calls/meetings. May present and facilitate at group meetings and new hire integrations; may develop presentation content
  • Maintain accurate records for chargeable time to client projects
  • Engage in networking to expand the group’s footprint and sell the team’s capabilities
