About The Position

CTP, on behalf of Veloxxity, is seeking a Delivery Operations Manager to lead delivery, fielding, training, and maintenance of border security and intelligence systems for government clients across the Caribbean. The role turns technology deployments into reliable operational capabilities for customs, immigration, and security officials. The manager coordinates equipment installation, site readiness, user training, operational acceptance, and ongoing support at airports, seaports, border facilities, and intelligence centers. It is a hands-on delivery role requiring frequent travel, sound judgment, and accountability for results. The manager oversees deployments from site assessment through installation, testing, client acceptance, and transition to sustained operations; coordinates field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, clients, and technical specialists; and ensures deployed systems are supported, maintained, and adopted by users. The position also establishes training and sustainment processes, tracks delivery performance and issues, and improves repeatable delivery practices for expansion across multiple countries. A candidate located in the Washington, DC area will receive priority and preferential consideration because the company prefers someone who can be in the office as needed. Significant international travel is required, up to 50%, including extended stays in the Caribbean. Candidates must be U.S. citizens; sponsorship is not provided. A SECRET security clearance is preferred, and the candidate must be able to obtain one. Compensation is a salary range based on experience; the company describes this as a mid-level role. Employment is subject to a satisfactory pre-employment background review, including employment, credit, education, social media, and criminal-record checks. Writing samples may be requested.
