About The Position

Design and implement effective AI solution architecture and strategy utilizing approaches of various AI technologies and methods to address clients' business problems and needs. Comply with the organization’s strategies, business goals, and key ethical considerations. Apply advanced consulting skills and extensive technical expertise with full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentors and may supervise team members. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience delivering AI, data, or automation solutions
• Experience in delivery operations, including briefing, billing, collections, or financial and operational support processes
• Experience working with messy and real-world data, including cleaning, transforming, or joining datasets, to support application or model development
• Experience using AI and GenAI tools, including LLM engineering, to build or enhance applications
• Ability to independently build and ship working prototypes using programming languages such as Python
• Bachelor's degree
• U.S. citizenship is required

Nice To Haves

• Experience building end-to-end GenAI applications such as agents, copilots, or RAG pipelines, including leveraging platforms such as Databricks
• Experience with cloud platforms and modern AI tooling, including AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, LangChain, or vector databases
• Experience identifying and mitigating AI risks such as hallucination, security, or bias in real implementations
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and rapidly turn loosely defined problems into working solutions
• Ability to assess feasibility, value, build versus buy decisions, and business impact, including ROI and efficiency
