About The Position

Kyndryl is seeking a talented individual to join their dynamic team as a Business Architect Manager. This customer-centric role involves ensuring customers receive top-notch service within a contractual framework. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader, inspiring and guiding a team of experts to deliver high-quality application development design. This role requires close collaboration with custom software products to align solutions with evolving customer business needs. The Business Architect Manager will leverage deep knowledge of Kyndryl's services and customer businesses to propose and implement tailored solutions. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with Business Analysts, Business Architects, Software Developers, and Software Architects within the DMV account portfolio as part of an SLDC application design process, co-creating, designing, deploying, and maintaining reliable, available, and future-proof systems and services. The role is for individuals ready to make an impact, drive customer success, and be at the forefront of technological advancements, reshaping the IT services landscape.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in direct customer facing roles (e.g. customer partner, delivery partner, project manager, etc)
5+ years of experience leading delivery teams
5+ years of management experience, specifically managing 20+ employees
Sound knowledge of Kyndryl competencies, managed platforms, IT services, technology vendors
Experience in leading/doer role, with specific knowledge or experience similar to the employees being lead and managed
Ability to partner with Delivery Partner(s) to generate positive customer outcomes
Well versed for direct and constant interaction with the customer
Sympathetic and empowering delivery resource manager, fostering growth
Must be US based to support US Government Market
Role is located in Frisco, TX site with onsite management required 5 days per week
