Requirements

  • 10+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years leading AMS/ADM and production support engagements.
  • Strong Insurance domain expertise with hands-on experience supporting Guidewire BillingCenter.
  • Deep knowledge of billing operations including invoicing, payments, collections, delinquency, commissions, reconciliations, and financial transactions.
  • Strong understanding of Guidewire integrations with PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, payment gateways, GL systems, portals, and middleware.
  • Knowledge of Guidewire Cloud, APIs, security controls, audit requirements, and managed services support models.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and executive stakeholder management skills.

  • ITIL, SRE, DevOps, or Cloud certifications

Responsibilities

  • Leading AMS/ADM and production support engagements.
  • Managing large global support teams in a 24x7 delivery model.
  • Driving SLA/KPI performance, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and stakeholder management.
  • Incident management, problem management, batch monitoring, release coordination, root cause analysis, and service governance.
  • Familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices, observability, automation, reliability, and continuous service improvement.
