About The Position

As the Delivery Leader, Safety Services, you will manage the North American Safety Solutions business team. Your goal is to achieve annual financial metrics, including revenue, gross margin, orders, indirect costs, and customer satisfaction index targets. You will lead a large North American organization of approximately 20 accomplished technical resources across multiple industry-focused consultations. Team includes consultants, team leaders, and dotted line responsibilities for project managers. You also lead the development of the Safety Solutions business strategy through a direct team. This team will use shared resources, including the Global Engineering Center (GEC), other Lifecycle Services capabilities, application consultants, proposal engineers, and project administrative personnel. You will collaborate with Global Sales and Marketing teams. You also work with North America Lifecycle Services Commercial Teams, Regional Services & Solutions Directors (RSSDs), and other important partners. The goal of this collaboration is to ensure the successful execution and growth of the Safety Solutions business. Influence and coordinate shared resources through the GEC and other organizations to deliver high-quality project outcomes. You will report to the Delivery Director, Lifecycle Services.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or equivalent years of experience
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
• The ability to travel 20% of the time.

• Leadership experience of high-performing teams and a culture focused on customer success, project quality, and operational excellence.
• Prior responsibility for financial business performance of over a $15M+ annual revenue portfolio.
