About The Position

This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost. Responsible for building and leading a team to deliver Testing for Wire technology teams for BAU and Change work to meet business outcomes. Ensures development of team through coaching, mentoring, feedback, and hands-on career development. Develops a technology strategy and ensures technology testing solutions comply with applicable standards. Advances modern, Agile solution delivery practices and evangelizes great design, testing, and organizational practices. Leading a team of 10-14 employees, and up to 20 individuals as a team with contractors. Accountable for team level resource and financial management; builds and maintains teams through talent acquisition. Sets maturity objectives and enables individuals/teams to with training & resources to achieve them. Sets and tracks quality and performance objectives. Facilitates performance and career development of individuals through performance reviews, coaching, and building individual development plans that are needed to develop competencies and skills. Understands individual and team maturity and performance through team/client feedback. Leading relationships with business and technology partners. Accountable for technology testing and automation testing as relevant to their teams. Accountable to ensure all relevant risk, financial, and compliance polices and standards are met. Accountable for the Testing Standards in production (app health, resiliency, performance, security, enterprise data management standards, audit exams and reviews). Contributes to the technology strategy for their technical domain. Ensures that execution is aligned with product strategy by working with Product Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders. Creates an inclusive and healthy working environment and helps to resolve organizational impediments/blockers. Leads and creates followership in Communities of Practice in the organization. Will lead a team.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of the Wire Transfer process
  • Understands the functionality of Wires
  • 5+ years of experience with test automation tools like selenium, cucumber
  • Processes: Agile, SDLC SDM, Test Management
  • 3+ SQL queries, Oracle DB testing
  • Demonstrated ability to own, drive and deliver on all assignments
  • Analytical nature, detail-oriented, excellent organization skills
  • Curious to dig deep in to issues and solve problems
  • Quick learner and self-starter requiring limited supervision and direction
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, ever-change team environment
  • Ability to work within established timelines
  • Ability to work with distributed, cross-functional teams
  • Confidence to make decisions on the tasks assigned, to ensure the feature is working as intended

  • Current ACI vendor application knowledge of the WTX application

Responsibilities

  • Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates, etc.)
  • Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
  • Facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline
  • Provides status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and schedule
  • Works with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements
  • Supports resource planning for delivery and execution
  • Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards
