Delivery Lead (Events) – Riftbound & UVS
About The Position
We’re looking for a Delivery Lead to support planning and coordination for Riftbound and UVS events. This role focuses on structuring work, tracking milestones, and maintaining clarity across Events, Organized Play, Marketing, and Product teams. You’ll support event delivery by maintaining task tracking, milestone visibility, and cross-team alignment so execution teams have what they need, when they need it. UVS Games is a fast-growing publisher dedicated to bringing the world's best IPs to the tabletop, since 2006. From My Hero Academia and Godzilla to Star Trek and Street Fighter, we have built a reputation for blending deep tactical gameplay with fan-favorite universes. Following the global launch of Riftbound (the League of Legends Trading Card Game) on October 31st, 2025, we are entering a phase of explosive expansion. We are looking for builders, people ready to disrupt the TCG market with creativity, agility, and precision. We don't just sell games; we build ecosystems where players and fans thrive.
Requirements
- Experience supporting events, programs, or cross-functional initiatives
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Comfort working with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using Asana or similar tools
Nice To Haves
- Experience with conventions, tournaments, or live events
- Familiarity with Organized Play or tabletop gaming communities
- Experience working in approval-driven environments
Responsibilities
- Coordinate event-related work intake and prepare tasks for planning and prioritization
- Create and maintain structured event tasks in Asana
- Support planning sessions and regular check-ins with Events stakeholders
- Track milestones, dependencies, and approvals related to events
- Document event requirements and deadlines to support cross-team alignment
- Support handoffs between Events, Organized Play, Marketing, and Product
- Identify risks early and escalate with context
- Provide regular status updates and participate in delivery syncs
- Other duties as assigned
