Delivery Lead (Digital & Marketing) – Riftbound & UVS
About The Position
We’re looking for a Delivery Lead to support digital initiatives across Riftbound and broader UVS platforms, including Organized Play tools, websites, and digital programs. This role focuses on coordinating work, tracking milestones, and keeping digital efforts aligned across teams. You’ll support delivery by structuring tasks, tracking milestones, and maintaining visibility into digital workstreams across teams and platforms. UVS Games is a fast-growing publisher dedicated to bringing the world's best IPs to the tabletop, since 2006. From My Hero Academia and Godzilla to Star Trek and Street Fighter, we have built a reputation for blending deep tactical gameplay with fan-favorite universes. Following the global launch of Riftbound (the League of Legends Trading Card Game) on October 31st, 2025, we are entering a phase of explosive expansion. We are looking for builders, people ready to disrupt the TCG market with creativity, agility, and precision. We don't just sell games; we build ecosystems where players and fans thrive.
Requirements
- Experience supporting digital products, platforms, or programs
- Strong organizational and task tracking skills
- Comfort coordinating across technical and non-technical teams
- Experience using Asana or similar tools
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience with OP platforms, websites, or community-facing tools
- Familiarity with live-service or content-driven digital programs
- Experience working with external vendors or platform partners
Responsibilities
- Coordinate digital work intake related to platforms, tools, websites, and digital programs
- Create and maintain structured digital tasks in Asana
- Support planning sessions and check-ins with Digital, OP, Marketing, and Events teams
- Track approvals, releases, and dependencies
- Maintain documentation and workflows for digital initiatives
- Identify risks and escalate with context
- Provide regular status updates and participate in delivery syncs
- Other duties as assigned
