Delivery Lead (Organized Play) – Riftbound
About The Position
We’re looking for a Delivery Lead to support Riftbound Organized Play initiatives by bringing structure, clarity, and visibility to OP workflows. This role partners closely with Organized Play, Events, Marketing, Product, and Riot counterparts to ensure requirements are documented and milestones stay on track. You’ll support Organized Play delivery by structuring work, tracking milestones, and maintaining cross-team alignment across OP programs and initiatives. UVS Games is a fast-growing publisher dedicated to bringing the world's best IPs to the tabletop, since 2006. Following the global launch of Riftbound (the League of Legends Trading Card Game) on October 31st, 2025, we are entering a phase of explosive expansion. Requirements
- Experience supporting Organized Play, events, or program delivery
- Strong task tracking and documentation skills
- Comfort coordinating across multiple teams
- Experience using Asana or similar tools
- Clear, concise communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with Organized Play ecosystems or competitive play
- Experience working with licensors or external partners
- Passion for tabletop or trading card games
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Organized Play work intake and prepare tasks for planning and prioritization
- Create and maintain structured OP tasks and milestones in Asana
- Support planning sessions and check-ins with OP stakeholders
- Track approvals, dependencies, and calendar milestones
- Document OP requirements for events and promotional programs
- Coordinate with Riot OP counterparts to maintain alignment
- Identify risks and escalate issues early
- Provide weekly status updates and participate in delivery syncs
- Other duties as assigned
