About The Position

This role involves loading, delivering, and installing equipment to various customer sites for emergency or scheduled events. It requires serving customers professionally and respectfully, working collaboratively with a team by tracking activity and progress using company technology, and upholding company standards for equipment cleanliness, vehicle organization, and professional appearance. The position may involve long drives or overnight stays.

Requirements

1 + years of commercial driving experience preferred; experience in box-trucks, and sprinter vans is a plus.
A 5-year clean driving record is required.
The ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card.
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors, often in extreme heat or cold.
Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting, pushing, or pulling 25+ lbs.
Must be comfortable working on ladders.
Effective communication skills with strong problem-solving abilities and a professional demeanor.
Comfortable with mobile devices, tablets, and laptops; able to navigate apps, complete digital records, and communicate with customers.
1+ year of HVAC technician experience preferred.
Strong desire to deepen expertise in HVAC diagnostics, service, and responsibilities.

Nice To Haves

Experience in box-trucks, and sprinter vans is a plus.

Responsibilities

Load, Deliver & Install Equipment to a variety of customer sites for emergency or scheduled events, sometimes requiring long drives or overnight stays.
Serve customers by providing professional, respectful service while performing work and/or solving on-site challenges.
Track activity and progress by communicating job notes and updates with your team, keeping everything organized using company provided technology.
Keep equipment clean, vehicles organized and adhere to professional uniform standards while delivering industry-leading customer service.
Unboxing, testing, preparing, and cleaning equipment when not on the road.
