About The Position
The Home Delivery Helper supports delivery of products to designated locations in an efficient, effective, and safe manner. Deliveries follow pre-routed trips and can range from leaving products at a customer’s doorstep to setting them up inside the home. The role requires a customer-centric approach, quality workmanship, and clear, professional communication to provide customers with a world-class experience. Ashley Furniture hires for attitude and trains for job skills, seeking team members who are a strong culture fit and have a positive, can-do attitude.
Requirements
- Clean driving record for 3 years.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- A CDL is not required.

Responsibilities
- Support delivery of products to customers’ homes on pre-routed trips.
- Help deliver products safely and efficiently, with delivery work ranging from doorstep drop-off to in-home product setup.
