Non-Driving XL Delivery Helper - Amazon DSP
About The Position
Apcore Logistics is a delivery service partner with Amazon. We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Delivery Helpers. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting delivery drivers in successfully handling and delivering packages to customers on time, ensuring safe deliveries, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work in various weather conditions and handle heavy lifting. There are opportunities to move into a Driver position after turning 21.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older (no exceptions)
- Ability to pass a background check going back 7 years
- Available to work occasional holidays
- New hires must be willing to take on either Saturdays on Sundays as part of their set schedule
- Handle stressful driving demands and conditions
- Ability to lift, push, pull and move products (with a second person and tools) up to 300lbs
- Great attitude and energy
- Independent problem solver who is passionate about customer service

Responsibilities
- Successfully handle and deliver packages to customers on time.
- Assist with ensuring safe delivery, including assisting with truck lift operation.
- Climb out of a vehicle and walk up and down stairs as required in all weather conditions.
- Ability to stand for multiple hours a day and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Work with the support team to provide exceptional customer service.
- Ability to function calmly and efficiently in a multi-tasking environment.
- Load and unload products from company vehicles in team-lift situations.
- Safe utilization of tools to assist in transport of products ranging between 50-300 lbs.
- Assist in keeping company vehicles clean and maintained.
