About The Position
RCNL, LLC Respectable Customer Service N Logistics is a Delivery Service Provider looking for enthusiastic, dependable, and team-oriented individuals to join our growing team as Delivery Helpers / Driver Helpers. Helpers assist Delivery Associates with safely and efficiently delivering packages to customers while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities. Approximate hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM. Shifts range between 8–10 hours per day, and schedules are available 7 days per week.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the station
- Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Must maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Delivery, warehouse, moving, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist drivers with loading and unloading packages
- Help ensure packages are delivered safely and efficiently to customers
- Work alongside drivers throughout assigned delivery routes
- Navigate apartments, businesses, neighborhoods, and delivery locations efficiently
- Maintain professionalism and positive customer interactions at all times
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Work in varying weather conditions throughout the shift
- Keep pace in a fast-moving delivery environment
