Requirements

Valid driver's license for the state of Utah with current vehicle insurance and registration
Minimum 1 year of verified driving experience
Clean driving record with no more than 1 driving infraction in the past year or 2 infractions in the past two years
Positive attitude with high energy and enthusiasm for customer-focused work
Strong time management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting delivery commitments
Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
Physical capability to lift, carry, and transport packages safely
Proficiency with navigation apps and basic smartphone technology
Problem-solving mindset with resilience in fast-paced environments
Eligible to work in the United States
Currently residing in or willing to relocate to the West Jordan/Salt Lake City area
Willingness to pass a background check
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members

Responsibilities

Execute timely and accurate deliveries to customers while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor
Navigate routes efficiently using mapping technology and local knowledge to optimize delivery times and increase productivity
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and representing the organization positively
Maintain detailed records of deliveries, customer interactions, and any incidents or concerns
Inspect vehicles daily to ensure they are safe, clean, and properly maintained
Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure personal safety and the safety of others on the road
Communicate proactively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer feedback
Handle cash and payment transactions accurately and securely when required
Assist with in-store operations and product knowledge when needed
Continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction through innovative problem-solving
