About The Position
The Delivery Expert is responsible for delivering pizza products and specials to customers, collecting payments, and providing quality customer service. This role also involves cross-training in various store operations, including product preparation, opening/closing procedures, and operating the pizza oven. The Delivery Expert must adhere to Domino's standards, maintain a safe vehicle, and follow all driving laws and company regulations.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must own a reliable vehicle with current insurance and registration.
- Must be able to operate a computer-based order entry system.
- Must be able to speak and write clearly and accurately.
- Must be able to follow all state and federal vehicle and driving laws, rules and regulations.
- Must be able to follow all rules and regulations of Domino's Pizza, LLC.

- Experience in a customer service role.
- Knowledge of pizza products and specials.
Responsibilities
- Uphold Domino's standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance.
- Collect cash and credit card payments.
- Promote pizza products and specials.
- Receive cross-training for preparing products and ingredients, closing and opening procedures, operating pizza oven, and properly boxing products for delivery or carryout.
- Check products for accuracy against quality standards.
- Exhibit a sense of urgency when answering store phones or helping carryout customers.
- Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers both over the phone and in person.
- Speak and write clearly and accurately.
- Exhibit comprehension of using a computer based order entry system.
- Contribute to and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun.
- Follow all state and federal vehicle and driving laws, rules and regulations.
- Follow all rules and regulations of Domino's Pizza, LLC.
- Ensure that vehicle used for delivery is mechanically and physically sound and is properly registered and insured at all times.
