About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring a Delivery Expert to deliver orders within a designated area and perform general store team-member duties. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement, including paths to management and franchise ownership. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. Team members operate equipment, stock ingredients, prepare products, take and process telephone orders, complete inventory and related paperwork, and clean equipment and the facility. Delivery duties include driving orders to customers, bringing products to their doors, and delivering flyers and door hangers. The work involves indoor store tasks and driving, with exposure to changing temperatures, weather, food-related fumes and dust, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving equipment. The position has physical demands that include standing, walking, lifting and carrying supplies, pushing or pulling trays, reaching, bending, and occasionally climbing stairs or ladders.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Must have navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses in the designated delivery area.
Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
Must be able to comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
Must be able to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
Must have verbal, writing, telephone, and computer keyboard or touchscreen order-entry skills.
Must have the physical ability to perform the stated work duties, including carrying products during delivery and navigating stairs when required.

Responsibilities

Deliver products by car within the designated delivery area and bring orders to customers’ doors.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Operate store equipment; stock ingredients; prepare products; receive and process telephone orders; take inventory and complete related paperwork; and clean equipment and the facility.
Navigate delivery areas, including private homes, multi-story buildings, and other sites with challenging terrain.
Communicate with customers and co-workers in person and by telephone to process orders.
Unload and move supplies, stock shelves, and perform other store tasks as needed.
