About The Position

The Delivery Expert upholds Domino's standards for grooming, uniform, and appearance while delivering quality customer service to internal and external customers by phone and in person. The role involves collecting cash and credit card payments, promoting pizza products and specials, and checking products for accuracy against quality standards. The employee receives cross-training in product and ingredient preparation, opening and closing procedures, pizza oven operation, and boxing products for delivery or carryout. The position also requires following applicable driving laws and Domino's rules, and ensuring the delivery vehicle is mechanically sound, properly registered, and insured.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Must have a valid driver's license for at least 2 years.
Must maintain insurance and registration on a personally owned vehicle.
Must have a clean driving history with no major infractions within 5 years.

Responsibilities

Uphold Domino's standards for grooming, uniform, and appearance.
Collect cash and credit card payments.
Promote pizza products and specials.
Receive cross-training in preparing products and ingredients, opening and closing procedures, operating the pizza oven, and boxing products for delivery or carryout.
Check products for accuracy against quality standards.
Respond promptly to store phones and assist carryout customers.
Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers over the phone and in person.
Speak and write clearly and accurately.
Use a computer-based order entry system.
Contribute to and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun.
Follow all state and federal vehicle and driving laws, rules, and regulations.
Follow all rules and regulations of Domino's Pizza, LLC.
Ensure the delivery vehicle is mechanically and physically sound and properly registered and insured at all times.
