About The Position

This role involves preparing and delivering products to customers accurately, safely, and courteously, while also supporting the restaurant with other workstation duties. The position requires adherence to Domino's standards and relevant laws. Team members are expected to contribute to a positive and energetic work environment.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have a driver’s license valid under the laws of the state(s) where the team member works.
  • Must have an acceptable motor vehicle record.
  • Must have proof of insurance.
  • Must have satisfactory vehicle.
  • Must be able to work scheduled or unscheduled shifts, which will include nights, weekends, and as emergencies arise.
  • Must be cross-trained and perform other workstation duties within the restaurant as needed.
  • High School diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

  • Perform duties including pre-delivery vehicle preparation, learning the delivery area, checking orders for quality and accuracy, following proper delivery procedures, and providing quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in person or by phone.
  • Deliver flyers and door hangers.
  • Deliver pizza to individual customer homes.
  • Safely interact with customers at their homes.
  • Receive and process telephone orders.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential customer information responsibly.
  • Execute credit transactions and make bank deposits as necessary.
  • Work as part of a team, assisting colleagues by being punctual, supporting other workstations, and completing all closing duties, including cleaning.
  • Contribute to an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun.
  • Utilize navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area, navigating various terrains including multi-story buildings and private homes while carrying product.
  • Operate all equipment, clean equipment and the facility daily.
  • Perform other assigned workstation duties including making quality products, preparing ingredients, preparing product, and taking orders.
  • Accurately and quickly perform basic mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division), potentially using a calculator, and make correct monetary change.
  • Utilize verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
  • Demonstrate motor coordination for rapid and accurate precise movements with speed.
  • Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
  • Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
  • Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
  • Safely operate a motor vehicle.
  • Travel between the store and delivery vehicle and from the delivery vehicle to the customer's location with a steady and efficient pace.
