About The Position

Welcome to Islands to Salt Lake LLC doing business as Domino's! We are a growing franchise in Salt Lake, UT, looking for motivated individuals to join our team. We offer a path for advancement, from cashier to General Manager and beyond. This role involves delivering great experiences to our customers using our industry-leading app, which helps you be more efficient and increase your tips. We provide training on delivery, in-store customer assistance, and product preparation. This position is ideal for those seeking more than just a job, with many of our franchisees starting as delivery drivers. We offer flexible scheduling, primarily nights (4pm-10pm, 3-4 nights per week), with Friday, Saturday, and Sunday being peak times. Day shift drivers can earn $12-$20 per hour, and night drivers $20-$30 per hour (wage and tips combined, averaged over a pay period).

Requirements

• Ability to smile and have FUN!
• 18+ years of age
• At least 1 year of driving experience
• No more than 1 driving infraction in the last year or 2 in the last two years
• Valid UT driver's license, vehicle insurance, and registration.
• Great positive attitude
• High Energy
• Good background check
• Eligible to work in the USA
• Currently residing in the Salt Lake City area

Responsibilities

• Deliver pizzas and other products to customers.
• Assist customers in-store.
• Prepare Domino's products.
• Utilize the company's app for efficient delivery routing.
• Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service.
