Requirements

Active Driver’s License
Registration
Declaration pages from auto insurance policy (a must)
As part of the application process, sign an MVR - Authorization to Obtain Motor Vehicle Record
Valid professional driver’s license
Good driving record with no traffic violations
Ability to work without supervision
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills
Positive attitude and exceptional level of customer service
Must always exhibit professionalism with customers to include proper dress attire representing the company
Ability to work in fast paced busy environment
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Picking up and loading vehicles with delivery orders from stores and/or facilities.
Delivering those orders to customers as per the specific address listed on the order label.
Ensuring accurate and cautious delivery of products and packages to NetCost Market customers.
Following designated routes as per the delivery service software.
Neatly and carefully loading vehicles with delivery orders.
Delivering assigned orders to customer accounts in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
Ensuring that orders are accurately delivered in the same form as they were picked up from the pickup point.
Operating handling equipment and ensuring safety regulations are followed.
Strictly following designated route expectations and standards as set by management.
Serving the customer in an efficient, polite, professional and upbeat manner while making deliveries to set locations.
Safely navigating delivery vehicles.
Ensuring NetCost Market goals are met.
Working with and supporting customer service, sales teams and management to improve daily productivity.
Assisting with effectively managing returns and redeliveries.
Maintaining a high level of health and safety standards.
Exhibiting a high standard for performance, attendance, and teamwork.
Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
Performing other duties as assigned by the dispatcher and E-Commerce Manager.
