Requirements

- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and basic mobile technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical capability to lift, carry, and handle packages safely
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional work ethic
- Customer service orientation with a positive attitude and friendly demeanor
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field
- Valid proof of vehicle insurance and registration
Responsibilities
- Operate a vehicle safely and efficiently to deliver products to customers within assigned routes and timeframes
- Navigate routes using GPS technology and map applications to optimize delivery efficiency and minimize travel time
- Maintain a professional demeanor and provide exceptional customer service during every interaction
- Inspect vehicles daily for mechanical issues, cleanliness, and safety compliance; report maintenance needs promptly
- Handle packages and products with care, ensuring they arrive in excellent condition
- Collect payments, process transactions, and maintain accurate delivery documentation
- Communicate proactively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer concerns
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company safety policies, and vehicle operation standards
- Organize and prioritize multiple deliveries to meet daily performance goals
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty
