About The Position
Domino’s Delivery Driver for Team Joarder, an independent Domino’s franchisee. The role delivers customer orders safely and promptly while providing friendly, professional service. Drivers also assist with in-store tasks, including taking orders, preparing food, cleaning, and restocking. Training is provided, and no delivery experience is required. The stated pay is $20 per hour plus tips and mileage. Health insurance and a 401(k) are offered subject to eligibility and plan terms. Advancement opportunities to Assistant Manager and General Manager may be available based on performance, training, and available positions.
Requirements
- Hold a valid driver's license for at least 2 years.
- Meet the company's driver eligibility requirements and insurance standards following a motor vehicle record review conducted after a conditional offer and with written permission.
- Have access to a reliable vehicle with current registration and required auto insurance.
- Have strong customer service skills and dependable attendance.
- Be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Deliver orders promptly while following traffic laws and safe driving practices.
- Verify orders before leaving the store.
- Provide friendly, professional service at each delivery.
- Process payments and handle cash accurately.
- Assist in the store with taking orders, preparing food, cleaning, and restocking.
