About The Position

This role involves operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, and handling customer orders. Responsibilities include receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and maintaining cleanliness of equipment and the facility. Training is provided on the job. The position requires strong communication skills for interacting with customers and coworkers, both verbally and in writing. Essential functions include accurate mathematical calculations for transactions, effective verbal and written communication, and precise hand-eye coordination for order processing. The work environment involves exposure to varying weather conditions, fluctuating in-store temperatures, food odors, dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Sensory requirements include talking and hearing on the telephone, near and mid-range vision, depth perception, and the ability to distinguish hot and cold surfaces. Temperaments suited for this role include the ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work independently and collaboratively, handle stress, meet quality standards, interact with people, analyze data, and make decisions. Physical demands include prolonged standing and walking on various surfaces, with work surfaces typically between 36" and 48" high. Sitting is required for paperwork. Lifting of bulk product deliveries, weighing up to 60 pounds, is necessary, involving stacking items up to 72" high. Carrying is required for items like sauce (30 pounds) and pizza dough trays (12 pounds each). Pushing is involved for moving trays on dollies. Climbing stairs or ladders may be required for maintenance or sign changes. Stooping and bending are necessary at the assembly station and for cleaning. Crouching/squatting is performed occasionally for stocking and cleaning. Reaching is continuous in all directions for various tasks. Hand tasks require continuous eye-hand coordination, including forceful use of forearms and wrists for dough shaping, and pinching for box assembly. Tools and equipment used include pencils, pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutters, and pizza peels. The delivery aspect of the role requires operating a car to deliver products to customer doors, as well as distributing marketing materials. A valid driver's license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle are required. Essential skills include navigational abilities to read maps and locate addresses within the delivery area, and the ability to navigate various terrains and multi-story buildings while carrying product. Physical demands for delivery include carrying product, driving within a designated area, and walking to and from the delivery vehicle. Climbing may involve navigating five or more flights of stairs. Work conditions include exposure to varying weather during deliveries and couponing. Sensory requirements for driving include far and night vision.

Must navigate adverse terrain including multy-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
