About The Position
This role involves the operation of all necessary equipment, stocking and rotating ingredients from delivery to storage, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone and internet orders, counting inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. The job requires the ability to stand, walk, sit, lift, carry, push, climb ladders/stairs, stoop/bend, crouch/squat, reach, and grasp with hands to use machines, tools, equipment, and work aids. It also requires tolerating exposure to varying temperatures and conditions both inside and outside. On-the-job training will be provided for customer service orientation, interactive computer programs, and hands-on practice. Strong customer service skills, including the ability to comprehend and communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co-workers over the phone and in person, are essential.
